Information you submit
When you send an inquiry, we collect the details you provide, including your name, email address, company, optional phone or WhatsApp contact and project requirements. Please do not submit patient information, sensitive personal data or confidential technical files through the form.
Inquiry source information
You can choose to include the source of your visit with an inquiry. If you select that option, the referring domain, entry page and campaign parameters may be submitted with it. You can submit the form without selecting this option.
Website activity
We record page visits, key button clicks, form progress, referring domains and explicit campaign parameters to understand how the website is used. IP addresses are processed into a one-way digest for rate limiting and aggregate statistics; they are not displayed in the statistics view. We do not use advertising tracking cookies or build profiles across websites. Historical anonymous activity is not linked to the name, contact details or inquiry record you submit.
How we use inquiry information
We use it to understand your requirements, arrange project discussions, respond to your inquiry, follow up on services and improve website content. We do not sell inquiry information or use it for unrelated marketing. Source information you choose to submit helps us understand that inquiry’s referral channel.
Storage and security
We retain inquiry information for as long as reasonably needed for the relevant business purpose. We use HTTPS, access restrictions, limited logging and backups to reduce information risks.
